Most coach training doesn't actually prepare you to work with neurodivergent clients. Or clients carrying serious trauma. The pacing needs, the communication differences, the moments where the standard playbook quietly makes things worse — that stuff gets skipped.

Since 2023, Minal Kamlani has been producing and moderating training for ICF coaches on neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice — not the theory, but how it actually shows up in the room and between sessions.
